This is a practice for erotic stimulation prior to doing anything else you might want to do sexually. It can be developed to happen during sex as well.
And as with most things, while it is neat to do when alone, it is even better to have someone else's hand. Sit back with your eyes closed and do long, deep breathing out of your nose for about 5 minutes. Then go back to regular relaxed breathing.
While you breathe deep, grab your crotch and just hold it. Visualize heat going into your crotch. Then focus on a throbbing there. Think of it throbbing harder and harder until you feel the tingling, tickling and/or throbbing "sensation". Assuming you know how to make your private muscles move in and out, you can then combine these movements to add another feeling to what you are doing.
