I do not know where they got their statistics, but I do know that alot of new adult sites just fold within the first two years. Reason? It is because a domain name without strategic marketing is like a "billboard in the desert". Alot of people think they will get rich quick in porn, just on its own volition. Yes, long as they use extensive and exploitive PR/marketing, along with a great tech team. Just imagine, with more people desperate for either employment or new careers, there is more mom/pops that could be your neighbors doing this. Silently working at home to develop huge moneymaking sites.
